Dorothy Cuthbert's Classic Cake Gin Liqueur is inspired by my late Auntie Dot. An avid and talented creator of homemade cakes from her home in Yorkshire from the 1940s. An era of frugality and no frills, but became an expression of home pride and highly prized baking. We recreate her classic Rhubarb and Custard recipe and infused with our hand distilled Norh Yorkshire 6 botanical gin of juniper, citrus and a touch of star anise. Infused flavour tones of rhubarb, creamy custard and vanilla. Mix with your favourite tonic, or add into a glass of Prosecco. Drink straight over ice also adds a refreshing drink.
