All eight generations of the Whitley Neill family tree shared a taste for discovery, and Johnny is no different. Taking us back to the 1980s, a teenaged, white chino and wayfarer wearing Johnny remembers a tropically fabulous trip to Mauritius. Daily breakfast would include tucking into juicy and bright watermelons and kiwis while sitting back with his family and taking in beautiful Island life. Refreshingly bright notes of fresh pressed watermelon complimented by a tart tropical fruit of green mango and sun kissed kiwi. Delicately fresh and fruity sweet summer watermelon sorbet balanced out by zesty lime and tart tropical citrus notes of freshly picked Kiwi. The perfect complement to the ultimate summer seasonal gin ritual accompanied with subtle notes of liquorice root and piney juniper. Best enjoyed by filling a highball glass with cubed ice, add 50ml Watermelon and Kiwi Gin, topped with 200m Indian Tonic Water or Lemonade, garnished with fresh mint. For an easy at-home cocktail try a Watermelon Spritz. Combine 50ml Whitley Neill Watermelon and Kiwi Gin with a dash of watermelon juice over ice in a tall glass. Top with lemonade then garnish with a grapefruit wedge and mint leaves.
